NBA 2K21 has been available for a few weeks. However, a very recurring server error is souring the experience for the first buyers of the new installment of the basketball simulator. The error in question, the code 727e66ac, affects one of the new modes, My Career, and causes your character to crash and cannot access any game or access the Neighborhood.
First, try the simplest solutions: exit the mode and try again, restart the game, check that the latest update has been installed, or restart the console. To check if the game is in the latest version, press Options in the main menu, on the game icon, and check for updates.
One of the possible solutions if you run into this error, which has worked for many players, is to start a new Career with another character, skipping the prologue. The error will appear again, but if you exit the menu and load your old character, it should be fixed by now. If it doesn’t work, try deleting that new character before returning to your old character (you won’t lose mode progress).
Other users have also been able to fix it by entering other modes, and especially by joining games from your list of friends (which can cause the servers to be reset).
Hope our little tips will fix your bug and help you enjoy more in the game!
NBA 2K21 is out right now for the current generation of consoles: Google Stadia, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Windows PC, and Xbox One. And remember, if you are enjoying the game, you can always buy NBA 2K21 MT coins on MTStacks store!
